The Frontier Mobile Foam Cart is a fast-deploy, high-mobility foam solution for Class B / flammable liquid incidents. It carries 30 gallons (120 L) of foam concentrate and includes a 95 GPM in-line eductor, a 95 GPM handline nozzle, and two (2) × 50 ft lengths of 1.5" rubber fire hose—so one person can roll it into position and put foam on the ground quickly.
Built around a reinforced fiberglass concentrate tank, the cart is compatible with common foam concentrates and tough industrial environments. The nozzle features a ball shut-off for confident stream control and maintains a consistent flow in straight stream or fog patterns.

Setup (quick “How it works”)
- Fill tank with the correct foam concentrate.
- Connect water supply to the in-line eductor inlet.
- Set eductor to 3% or 6%.
- Flow water—finished foam discharges through the handline nozzle.
TESTING AND MAINTENANCE:
After a few initial successful tests, an authorized person must be trained to perform inspection and testing of the unit. It is recommended to carry out physical inspection of the unit; inspection should verify that no damage has taken place to any component of the unit. Each unit must be operated with full flow frequently in accordance to the guidelines of the organization having local jurisdiction. The owner is responsible for maintaining the equipment in proper operating condition.
