Professional Cold-Patch Repair Kit for Fire & Forestry Hose
The Mercedes Hose Patching Kit provides a convenient method for repairing localized damage to compatible fire and forestry hose without the need for a traditional heat-vulcanizing process.
Designed for hose maintenance applications, the kit uses a cold-patching process with specially designed beveled hose patches, adhesive and hardener. It is an excellent maintenance item for fire departments, forestry crews and other organizations that regularly inspect and maintain their hose inventory.
The kit is particularly useful for repairing small punctures and localized areas of damage where the hose remains otherwise serviceable.

Important: Hose should be thoroughly inspected before repair. Hose with significant jacket, reinforcement or coupling-area damage should be removed from service rather than patched. Repaired hose should be properly inspected and pressure/service tested before being returned to service. Always follow the hose manufacturer's inspection, repair and testing requirements.
