The FDXL200 is built with premium top grain firefighter leather and Flamestop® leather, both engineered for fire resistance and long-lasting performance in demanding conditions. Treated with Life-Shield™ technology, these materials provide superior waterproofing and make cleaning easier after tough calls.
Traction You Can Count On
The Vibram® FIRE & ICE sole is designed to deliver dependable traction in extreme conditions. Built to maintain slip resistance in both hot and cold environments, it features a flame-resistant, flexible construction that adapts to the demands of the fireground. A naturally shaped, shock-absorbing design with toe and heel spring helps reduce impact and fatigue, while the engineered tread pattern provides reliable footing on unpredictable surfaces.
For added durability and grip, the boot also features a flame-resistant 3D compression-molded rubber toe cover placed over the leather and composite toe. Designed to help protect a high-wear area, the toe cover enhances longevity while providing additional traction and slip resistance when the toe comes into contact with the ground.

Integrated Handles
The FDXL200 features a smarter approach to a common failure point with heavy-duty integrated pull handles reinforced by a double layer of leather and sewn with Kevlar® thread for long-lasting durability. Designed for quick and efficient donning, the wide pull-on holes are easy to grip, even while wearing fire gloves, while the low-profile integrated design reduces bulk and eliminates the risk of tearing or pulling off like traditional sewn-on straps.
Comfort & Fit
Nano-Print Sock Liner
The custom-fit removable 3-layer sock liner is designed to enhance all-day comfort, support, and moisture management in demanding conditions. A nano-printed top layer delivers anti-microbial, moisture-wicking performance, while EVA memory foam conforms to the foot for personalized comfort. A polyurethane base layer and silicone gel at the heel and ball of the foot help absorb impact, disperse energy, and reduce fatigue over time. The liner is also removable and washable for easy maintenance.
Slip-In Comfort Insoles
Removable gel insoles provide additional cushioning and long-lasting comfort to help reduce fatigue during extended wear.
Thermal Barrier
A thermal liner helps provide insulation against heat and cold, while additional cushioning at the shin enhances comfort during extended wear.

Built using the Brannock sizing method for a familiar fit, FDXL200 is available in a wide range of men’s and women’s sizes, including wide options, so more firefighters get the fit they need without compromise.
