Fire-Dex Aluminized Proximity Gear

Maximize your performance in extreme radiant heat with gear that combines the mobility and features of FXR turnouts with the superior reflection of Newtex Z-Flex® II P-202 or Norfab Choice® Aluminized AL8. This gear is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of Aircraft Rescue & Firefighting (ARFF). 

Fire Dex Proximity Gear is fully customizable, available with a wide range of options and is compliant to NFPA 1971, current edition. Proximity Gear uses lock-stitch construction on all seams to ensure strong seams that won’t unravel if one stitch is broken.

• DexFlex Elbows:  Added pleats curve the sleeve to your arms natural bent position without restricting movement
• DexFlex Knees:  Crawl, climb, and kneel freely with comfortable, pre-bent legs that increase natural movement
• DexCuff:  Minimize fabric wear and tear by reducing materials that drag or rub against the ground
• Made with Newtex Z-Flex® II P-202 or Norfab Choice® Aluminized AL8 outer shell for radiant heat resistance and protection against liquid chemicals and metals.
