TFT AH series Storz elbows are cast to a 30-degree down angle for easy connection and to relieve the weight of the
hose when connected. Their maximum operating pressure is 300 psi (20 bar) and they are compliant to NFPA 1964
2018 edition which dictates a 900 psi (62 bar) hydrostatic strength test. The aluminum parts are hardcoat anodized per
MIL-A-8625 Type III, Class 2 for maximum corrosion protection then powder coated silver. Hose couplings are attached
using polymer bearing rings which provide electrical isolation to help prevent galvanic corrosion. All Storz adapters are
supplied with pressure gaskets. Suction gaskets are available. All 4” and 5” Storz Rigid coupling may be switched from
rigid to swivel by loosening the lock screw.
