WFR Custom Foam Trailer


WFR makes a number of custom trailers for many applications. This unit is designed to carry 500 gallons of Class B foam with a built-in eductor system for supplying 200 gallons per minute of finished foam at 3% or 6% concentration. We can build to suit, so if you need a trailer to supply Class A, B or both A and B foams, WFR can design and manufacture to your needs.

Tandem licensable trailer to carry foam or water tank
Dual 7,000 lb. axles with slipper suspension
Surge brakes supplied to one axle
Deck forward of tank including tow bar has expanded steel mesh
Hitch height is 16"(406mm) with a 2 5/16"(58mm) ball
P215 x 15" tires with white mag style wheels
Tank:
500 gallon plastic lined steel foam tank
7' long x 6' wide x 2' high (2m x 1.8m x .6m)
24"(609mm) top fill lid, vent, baffle and drain valve
Two foam outlets
Includes enamel paint/red tank with black trailer
Installation Components:
Comes with two 95 GPM inline foam eductors
Metering valves to control foam concentration
Two 1½"(38mm) x 10'(3m) of Sup-R-Tuff fire hose with firelite couplings
Two FS95BCP 38mm Bubblecup foam nozzles
SS box and hose trays
Two external push/pull valves for foam operation
Two chrome fire valves to control water flow
