• The gauges are 3½"(64mm) diameter, easy to read and liquid filled. A 0-30" vacuum and 0-300 psi pressure gauges are standard. Other psi ranges are available upon request.
• Test gauges are connected directly to the apparatus through the Underwriter's test fittings. All pressure gauges are in large, easy to read increments. The vacuum gauge is in .5 Hg increments. All gauges have a ± 1% full scale accuracy certified by the gauge manufacturer.
• Flexible high pressure hoses have ¼"(6mm) male swivels for fast and easy connection to apparatus test fittings. Standard hose length is 36"(914mm), longer lengths available upon request.
• The gauge mounting plate is made from ¼"(6mm) black PVC foam board. The top of the mounting plate has a double break so it may be hung from the top of the apparatus gauge panel, hooked over gauge snubbers or other handles, making test gauges easy to read and reach.
• An air/water bleed-off valve is conveniently located so that with a touch of a finger all air is bled from the pressure gauge hose and fittings to ensure accurate pressure gauge readings.
• The Test Gauge Kit fits into a rugged carrying case, 18"W x 13 3/8"D x 7"H with foam cushions for maximum protection of the Test Gauge Kit.
• For proper testing, each unit is supplied with complete instructions and flow charts.
