Keeping the heavy weight of the hose from resting on the side of the floatation collar saves time and water. Lightweight telescopic aluminum tripod stand designed to support large diameter hose when filling and draining a self-supporting, open top tank. The Hose Caddy collapses for easy storage in tight spaces.
