An innovative triwheel assembly facilitates the negotiation of stairs to reduce
operator strain. Can be used to ascend and descend stairs by rolling instead of
carrying a patient. A wheel retarding system enables the operator to control the
speed while descending stairs. Operator comfort is maximized by foam grips on
foot-end and head-end handles. Foam Head Pad and strapping system, adjustable
shoulder harness, lap strap and integral foot restraint are included as
standard. The comfortable patient restraints enhance the patient's feeling of
security, particularly while descending stairs. Optional ratcheting headrest and
3-point harness restraint system available. |
