Telescoping Cot Handles attach to main cot frame of standard cot that do not have contour features. Handles remain out of the way when not needed, then simply telescope out 8" beyond the foot end of the cot for easy handling. The LBS folds flat for easy storage in the ambulance, yet can be on the PROFlexx® Cot and ready for use in minutes. The LBS design increases the width of the standard cot to accommodate larger patients to 34", but still fits comfortably through a standard door opening. The LBS is supplied complete with all mounting hardware needed for attaching it to the existing PROFlexx® and POWERFlexx™ Cots, and a restraint extension kit that lengthens the standard PROFlexx® restraints to fit larger patients onto the LBS-fitted cot. The Cot-Mounted Folding IV Poles permanently mount to a cot's main frame. The pole folds down alongside the cot mattress for storage when not in use. When raised, a twist lock secures the IV pole in its upright position. Durable nylon insert provides smooth, straight extension of telescoping IV pole. Adjustable height allows EMTs to place IV solutions at appropriate level. When fully extended, IV pole fits inside modular ambulance rear door openings without having to readjust pole height. Method of Use
The Cot-Mounted Pac-Rac™ Equipment Table is designed to hold emergency equipment, such as a cardiac monitor, securely during patient transport. The table attaches directly to the rails of a cot, enabling the equipment to be easily and quickly available as needed. The table is comprised of light-weight, yet ruggedly durable, materials. It can be quickly attached to the rail of any Ferno® cot and its position can be adjusted for the utmost convenience on each individual run.
