Par 36 LED Lights

General Information
These LED Lights must be connected to a solid-state flasher.
If they are connected directly to 12V (steady burn) they will overheat and void warranty.
Note: 11.1022 Flasher must be connected ground-switching.

Installation Instructions
  1. Determine location where the PAR 36 LED Light will be mounted. Be mindful of mounting hazards.

  2. Flush-Mount Ring / Sun Visor Ring / Rubber Recessed Ring
Using the Flush-Mount or Sun Visor Recessed Ring as a template, mark the holes to be drilled. Drill holes. Insert PAR 36 light into mounting ring. Mount light assembly using the provided screws. For the flush-mount ring, position the foam gasket between the light assembly and the mounting surface.

    Rubber Recessed Ring
Using the Rubber Recessed Ring as a template, mark and drill the hole. Insert PAR 36 light into mounting ring. Carefully insert the light assembly into the hole, making sure the ring gasket lies snugly against the mounting surface.

Round Rubber Housing - Stud Mount
Drill hole in desired location. Insert PAR 36 Light into housing with wires extending through holes in rubber housing. (Mounting bracket provides ground when mounted on vehicle frame. When mounting in back window, the ground wire must be attached to the light mounting stud.) Attach housing to frame using the provided enclosed washer and locknut.

    Double-Stick Adhesive Tape
Make sure the mounting surface is clean and dry.
Cut the adhesive tape to completely cover the back of PAR 36 Light. (Use several strips.) Press the tape firmly onto back of the light. Then press the light firmly onto the mounting surface.

  3. Route the wire from the light to the flasher. See diagram below. The color of the positive wire indicates the color of the LEDs.
