The Scotty Inductor can be coupled to various other firefighter products to meet the users' requirements. The picture shows an eductor/nozzle combination with a D-handle shut-off, joined together with a double female connector and a double female swivel connector. Nozzle GPM and the eductor GPM must be matched. |

Scotty Foam Eductors are manufactured in five flow rates: 15, 30, 50, 70 and 95 gpm. They are designed to be matched with Scotty Air Aspirating Nozzles of the same flow rate. The standard eductor is set for a 1% mix ratio. They are available with .5%, 1% and 3% (with addition of check valve below). All eductors will generate 30" of vacuum at pressures as low as 30 psi, making the Scotty eductors very efficient. Mounted as an inline eductor on a pump this eductor is restricted to a maximum hose length of 150 feet. With a Hip or Back-Pack supplying the foam concentrate, the eductor can be mounted to the end of a fire hose. |

Variable Percentage Check Valves

These check valves are designed to fit all Scotty 4060 eductors, controlling the percentage of foam concentrate educted. The input of the 4064 valve has a male ¾" GHT for attachment of a foam pickup hose. The 4065 attaches to the 5 litre Foam Kits. The units have four control positions: Off, .5%, 1% and 3% allowing for eduction of Class A and B (AFFF) foam concentrates. They can be retrofitted. |
