The Pierce ENCORE® Rescue offers outstanding
flexibility at a competitive price. There are 32 body configurations from
which to choose. Modular body sections are built during construction. Fully
transverse compartments with roll-up style doors provide for unmatched
equipment storage capacity. The optional drop-pinched frame provides four
times the strength of the original factory frame and the ability to
accommodate 40.5" deep compartments ahead of the rear wheels. An enormous
array of "standard" body configurations allows for as little or as much
customization as you desire.
In addition, you have the ability to carry
additional crewmembers and/or establish a mobile command unit. The
forward-most module can be transformed into a 62" long personnel transport,
and the rear-most module can be turned into a 62" long command area,
depending on your requirements.
Like all the heavy rescues, the ENCORE®
rescue is available in either aluminum or stainless steel.
