The wide flow range of 70-200 GPM allows the Mid-Force to be used on 1.5", 1.75" and 2" hose. The TFT Mid-Force is a truly rugged, dependable, and effective mid-range firefighting nozzle. This nozzle is equipped with a low pressure override which allows the nozzle to achieve greater flows at lower nozzle pressures. All nozzles are regulated to 100 PSI +/- 15 PSI according to NFPA #1964 flow requirements. It is adjustable from a straight stream to a dense fog pattern. Handle covers and pistol grips are available in NFPA colors to identify a nozzle with its discharge.

With a twist of the knob on the end of the baffle, you switch to the low pressure mode which immediately reduces the operating nozzle pressure. This gives you the unique ability to change operating nozzle pressure depending on the situation, thereby allowing greater flow at a lower nozzle pressure. Includes patented twist slide-type valve for turbulence-free flow control, flush without shutting down, molded rubber teeth for full-fill "power fog" pattern, "Gasket Grabber" inlet screen. Lightweight hardcoat anodized aluminum for maximum resistance to corrosion and wear. Rocker lug 1.5" NH is standard. May be used with a separate valve or playpipe. Ideal for break-and-extend procedures. All Mid-Force nozzles are suitable for use with foam and accept the FJ-LX-HM FOAMJET or the FJ-MX-HM FOAMJET air-aspirating attachments.

In the standard mode, the Mid-Force Nozzle maintains a 100 PSI operating nozzle pressure. With a twist of the knob on the end of the baffle, you switch to the low pressure mode which immediately reduces the operating nozzle pressure.

NOTE: Stream trajectories shown are for no wind conditions at 30 degree elevation. Wind can substantially alter the shape and reach of the stream of any nozzle. Effective firefighting range of nozzles is shown. Maximum reach of last water drop is approximately 10% farther.
